Working Principle

　　This product mainly consists of shell, filter material, inlet and outlet pipes, valves, backwash and control system. Sewage enters from top to bottom through the water inlet and is evenly distributed by the water distributor. Large particles are isolated on the top layer of the filter material, while small particles enter the filter material layer and are blocked and isolated step by step. The filtered liquid will pass through the filter layer from the bottom and flow into the next process. After the equipment has been operating for a period of time, impurities will continue to block the filter material, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet gradually increases. When the set value is reached, the electric valve opens, the backwash water enters from the bottom, and the filter material is reversely backwashed from bottom to top. Since the backwash water is uniformly distributed on the high-speed impact filter material, the filter material has the characteristics of being loosening. The attached impurities and clay will be disassembled and discharged from the sewage outlet on the upper layer of the filter material under the action of high-speed water flow. The backwash time can be set as needed.
